FAQ
-
Do I need to provide my own fitness equipment?
No! I will bring a variety of workout equipment (weight bench, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.). If you have different equipment at your house that you’d prefer to use, I can incorporate that into your workout as well.
-
What type of space do I need for the workout?
Ideally, there would be a 10×10 space in your home to workout in. However, if you don’t have a free 10×10 space, we can get creative for your workout space!
-
I have a health condition or injury. Can I still workout with a personal trainer?
I will sit down with you during your initial assessment and go through your medical history. If I determine that an injury or health condition could negatively affect your workouts, I will ask you to get a note signed by your doctor that says you are cleared to workout with a personal trainer.
-
What is the cost per session?
New clients can purchase a 3-session package for $99. After clients book and complete the introductory 3-session package, subsequent sessions range from $75 - $90 per hour depending on the package that clients select. Payments are month to month with no contract or long-term commitment required. I will discuss package rates with you during your free first session.
-
What is your training philosophy / approach?
I will work to constantly build your confidence in addition to your physique. Each workout, I want you to finish on a strong note where you feel accomplished and that you came away better from having done the workout.
-
What is the cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy on all sessions. You must notify me 24-hours before your scheduled session to avoid being charged.
