Evaluations are performed every 4-8 weeks. I expect to see results in that amount of time. I recommend setting both short-term and long-term goals. One thing that I’m sure of is that you DO see positive results.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Rates are primarily determinded by how many times a week you want to train. Certain conditions may change the rate. A final price will be decided upon during our consultation. Sessions are 45 minutes.

Where do we workout?
You can choose a location that is comfortable for you. Some like to use a room in their home. Others prefer to use a facility in their apartment complex. Others enjoy the outdoors. Other location options may be discussed during a consultation.
How often should I train?
Whether you are with or without a trainer, you should be active all the time. Scheduled sessions will depend on your goals. A common choice is 2-3 times a week.

Absolutely! Now is the time to start…not “once I get going on my own first”. Exercise is about progression. You will start with your level of fitness and move up from there. You will progress much faster and effectively when working with a personal trainer.
It is never too late to change your life, and improve your health and fitness. Even with severe physical limitations, there are still many ways you can be successful. Particular conditions may require a doctor’s attention. A consultation will determine this.
Yes. Working out with a partner or several is always enjoyable, especially if you are a social person. Group rates are available, so working out with a friend is also a good way to save some money.
