I’ve been working with Jonathan for over 3 months now. Over 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and had gained quite a bit of weight. Most importantly, my joint pain is now nonexistent, which medication alone was unable to accomplish. Jonathan has really changed my life – from my eating habits to my exercise habits to my balance and overall energy level.
I have lost 25 pounds and 15 overall inches. I work out with Jonathan 2-3 times a week and by myself 2-3 times a week. He is great about giving me guidance when I’m on my own. He is also great about always checking my nutrition and giving me ideas and encouragement.
When I first thought about working out, I knew it was something that I needed to do. I was completely out of shape and extremely over weight. I dreaded exercise because it hurt. Jonathan completely understood, and always found a way to not only help me get through that hard time at the beginning, but workout pain free. Now I actually look forward to working out and can’t imagine ever going back to the way I was.

only a stability ball.
CrossFit: A circuit style full-body workout that's aimed
to increase your metabolism. Be

ABstruction: An intense abdominal workout
that targets the whole core and shapes the mid
section. ABstuction leads to core CONstruction!
"Wild Card": Come prepared for anything in this class. It's
a great mix of exercises that are

Classes are then purchased in blocks of 4, 8 or 12.

classes = $100 ($25 each)
Any 8 classes = $160 ($20 each)
Any 12 classes = $180 ($15 each)
